Kern Leads ESR to Top-Five Finish at Rockingham

Team ESR showed speed from the drop of the green flag at Rockingham Speedway, with both entries running inside the lead pack for much of the night. When the checkered flag flew, it was Justin Kern carrying the banner with another strong top-five finish for the organization.

Burnett started from the pole and led several laps and controlled most of the race. Strategy began to split the field late as several competitors stayed out on older tires during a critical cycle of cautions. The resulting shuffle created tight racing in the closing laps, and Burnett was caught in an incident that dropped him to a 13th-place finish despite having one of the fastest trucks in the field all night.

Meanwhile, Kern rolled off 11th and worked his way forward, keeping the truck clean and positioned inside the top 10 throughout the event. As the race tightened up late, he capitalized on track position and restarts to secure another top-five finish for ESR, continuing a consistent stretch of strong performances this season.
