Team ESR delivered another strong night under the lights at Eldora Speedway, highlighted by a dominant performance from Steven Burnett and a top-10 run from Justin Kern.

Burnett controlled the race from the front, leading 65 of 75 laps on the dirt to secure his fourth win of the season. The victory extends his momentum in the championship fight and pushes him 11 points ahead in the standings as the season continues to take shape.

From the drop of the green flag, the No. 5 truck showed speed and consistency through traffic and restarts. Burnett managed the changing track conditions throughout the night and never let the field mount a serious challenge on the way to Victory Lane.

On the other side of the garage, Kern spent much of the race running inside the top five but fought handling issues as the run went long.

“We just couldn’t get the truck to rotate the way we needed on those extended green-flag stretches,” the team noted after the race. Even so, Kern stayed in the fight all night and brought home a hard-earned 9th-place finish, adding valuable points for the team.

With another trophy on the board and both drivers bringing solid results, Team ESR continues to build momentum heading to Chicagoland.
